Confidence grows through creativity.
HPA Beet continues the Young Performers journey, encouraging children to become increasingly confident, independent and expressive performers. Through engaging weekly themes, students develop their creativity while strengthening communication, teamwork and performance skills in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Each lesson integrates acting, singing, movement and music, allowing students to explore the performing arts through imaginative learning and collaborative experiences.
Throughout the year, students will:
Develop acting skills through storytelling, improvisation and character work.
Build confidence through singing, movement and performance.
Strengthen communication, listening and collaboration.
Explore rhythm, music and creative expression.
Develop imagination, problem-solving and independent thinking.
Grow in confidence through age-appropriate performance opportunities.
Prepare for progression into the Middle School Musical Theatre programme.
HPA Beet provides a balanced performing arts education where creativity, confidence and enjoyment remain at the heart of every lesson.

Students in HPA Beet may also enrol in the Exam & Performance Pathway, designed for children who demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and a desire to further develop their performing arts skills.
The Exam & Performance class provides additional weekly training, preparing students for Trinity College London examinations and participation in the Academy's annual production.
Please note: The Exam & Performance Pathway is available in addition to the Recreational programme. Students must remain enrolled in the Recreational class and maintain the Academy's attendance expectations.

A β¬50 non-refundable Registration Fee is payable once per student, per scholastic year, irrespective of the number of classes or programmes enrolled in.

β Fiscal receipts are issued for all payments.
β Families may choose either the one-time payment option or the Pembee subscription plan upon registration.β Cancellation Policy
Families choosing the Pembee Subscription may discontinue the programme before the next subscription payment is due by notifying the Academy in writing by the following dates:
On or before 30th November 2026 to opt out before the Term Two subscription payment.
On or before 28th February 2027 to opt out before the Term Three subscription payment.
Cancellation requests received after these dates will not affect the upcoming subscription payment, as staffing, timetabling and class planning for the following term will already have been finalised.
Students paying the One-Time Programme Fee are not entitled to a partial refund should they withdraw during the scholastic year.
The β¬50 Registration Fee is non-refundable.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Academy reserves the right to place students in the class best suited to their age and stage of development.
The programme is subject to minimum enrolment numbers.
Hoi Polloi Academy reserves the right to amend the timetable or teaching arrangements where necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the programme.
