- Description
Welcome back to another exciting year of discovery through the performing arts.
HPA Blueberry are now in the second stage of our Young Performers programme, building upon the foundations established during Year 1. Through imaginative themes, storytelling and creative exploration, children continue to develop confidence, communication and performance skills while growing in independence and curiosity.
Every lesson combines acting, singing, movement and music in a playful, age-appropriate environment that encourages children to express themselves, collaborate with others and develop a lifelong love of the performing arts.
Throughout the year, students will:
Develop storytelling through imaginative role-play and drama.
Build confidence through singing, music and movement.
Explore rhythm using songs, percussion instruments and musical games.
Strengthen communication, listening and social skills.
Develop coordination, balance and physical awareness.
Encourage creativity, teamwork and independent thinking.
Prepare for the next stage of the Young Performers journey through progressively challenging activities.
As students move through Young Performers Level 2, they are encouraged to take greater creative ownership, develop stronger performance skills and build the confidence needed for progression into the next stage of the Hoi Polloi Academy pathway.
