๐ HPA Homework Club Thursdays โ Activity Description
A calm space to focus between classes.
At Hoi Polloi Academy, we understand that some of our students have a considerable gap between their scheduled classes โ especially on Thursdays. Rather than asking families to arrange multiple drop-offs and pick-ups, we are offering a Homework Club to provide a structured, supervised, and calm environment for students to stay on-site, revise, or complete schoolwork.
๐ฆ For Whom?
Junior & Middle School Students (Ages 7โ9)
Ideal for students attending both the Contemporary Beginners class (15:30โ16:15) and MusiKidz (17:15โ18:30) on Thursdays.
๐ง Supervision Policy
๐ As a general rule, Junior and Middle School students are not permitted to remain at The Creative Hub unsupervised.
โ Students in this age group must either be in class, picked up on time, or booked into a supervised programme such as Homework Club.
๐ฉโ๐ Senior School Students (Ages 10+)
Students in the Senior School who attend both the Contemporary Intermediate class (16:15โ17:00) and Exam & Performance class (18:30โ20:00) may remain at The Creative Hub in the gap between sessions (17:00โ18:30), provided the following conditions are met:
A parent/guardian must email Ms Marilyn (admin@hoipolloimalta.com) to give consent.
Parents must understand that no supervision is provided during this idle time.
Students are expected to behave responsibly and use the time productively (e.g. doing homework or reading).

โ๏ธ Calm and quiet environment
โ๏ธ Supervision by a designated HPA staff member
โ๏ธ Encouragement to complete homework or engage in quiet reading/writing
โ๏ธ Students may bring a snack or water bottle
โ Please note: This is not a private tuition or academic support session.๐ฐ Fee
Homework Club carries a small fee to cover supervision and space usage.
Booking must be done in advance via our online platform Pembee to confirm attendance.

Booking Deadline: Friday 16th January 2026.
Children not booked into Homework Club will not be allowed to remain on-site between sessions unless otherwise stated.
